Gluten Free Whole Grain Flour Mix

This blend of flours is the perfect combination of whole grain gluten free flours with the right amount of starches for your gluten free baking.  To make it into rye flour, just add 1/4 teaspoon of Authentic Foods Gluten Free Rye Flavor to each 1 cup measure of this Whole Grain Flour Mix.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams (7.05 ounces or 1 and 1/4 cups) Superfine Brown Rice Flour
  • 200 grams (7.05 ounces or 1 and 1/2 cups) Sweet Sorghum Flour
  • 200 grams (7.05 ounces or 1 and 1/3 cups) Buckwheat Flour
  • 100 grams (3.5 ounces or 2/3 cup) Teff Flour
  • 150 grams (5.29 ounces or 1 cup) Potato Starch
  • 150 grams (5.29 ounces or 1 cup) Tapioca Starch

Instructions

  1. Weigh all ingredients into a large container with a tightly fitting lid.
  2. Stir all ingredients together until combined or tightly seal and shake until all ingredients are combined.
