Ingredients

  • 200 grams (7.05 ounces or 1 and 1/4 cups) Superfine Brown Rice Flour
  • 200 grams (7.05 ounces or 1 and 1/2 cups) Sweet Sorghum Flour
  • 200 grams (7.05 ounces or 1 and 1/3 cups) Buckwheat Flour
  • 100 grams (3.5 ounces or 2/3 cup) Teff Flour
  • 150 grams (5.29 ounces or 1 cup) Potato Starch
  • 150 grams (5.29 ounces or 1 cup) Tapioca Starch

Instructions

  1. Weigh all ingredients into a large container with a tightly fitting lid.
  2. Stir all ingredients together until combined or tightly seal and shake until all ingredients are combined.
