4 salmon fillets
1 bunch of asparagus spears
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Salmon:
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Prepare the Asparagus:
Snap off the tough ends of the asparagus.
Arrange the asparagus spears around the salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
Season and Drizzle:
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus.
Season both the salmon and asparagus with salt and pepper to your taste.
Add Lemon Slices:
