Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
- Mixed greens or your choice of lettuce
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions:
- Cook the Shrimp:
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
