• 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the tilapia fillets in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the tilapia fillets, making sure to coat them evenly.
  4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon over the fish, and then slice the lemon into rounds. Place the lemon rounds on top of the fillets.
  5. Sprinkle the minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the tilapia. You can adjust the seasonings to your taste.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil or a lid if you have one.
